Shop Hop Stop #26: Wooten's Scrapbook Co

Last stop, with more goodies to play with!

After lunch and hanging out at Old Towne Orange, I asked Tommy if we could head to Wooten's Scrapbook in Tustin. He agreed and we headed there. The store was pretty big and neat. There were a lot of scrapbook inspirations around the stores. They had a lot layout kits for people to buy.

I picked up some stampings accessories and got a Make N' Take and a bottle cap. The bottle cap was really cute and was creative.

Afterwards, Tommy and I headed to Little Saigon to have Banh Khot and Banh Xeo at Brodard Restaurant. Tommy had been wanting me to try Banh Khot, but couldn't find a place around our area that sells it. Since we were in the OC area, we took the opportunity to try it. Can't wait to head back there for more in the future! :)

Shop Hop Stop #25: Stamp Fever

Starting a new collection - stamps!

Sunday, last day of Shop Hop, I wasn't planning to do anymore shop hopping that day. I was happy with visiting 24 stores to see what every stores were selling. Then, when Sunday came around, Tommy and I decided to head down to Orange County to check out the area. Our stop #25 was Stamp Fever.

When we got there, I think they barely opened. The store was quiet and most of products were sold out. I walked around the store to see what I wanted to buy. Nancy (?) was really nice and spent times showing me the distress inks. Like I said in my last post, I had never done stampings before. There were a lot of great inspirations around the store and couldn't help myself but purchased few big stamps.

I got the Make N' Takes as well as the bottle cap. The bottle cap was so cute! There were different styles of flip flop charms. I took my time to look through each bottle cap she showed me. I kept on looking and really couldn't decide. Eventually, I picked one and couldn't be more happy! Boy, oh boy, there were so many, it was just difficult to choose!

Cute charm from Stamp Fever!

After shopping, we told her that this was our first time to this area. She immediately pulled out a little piece of paper, showing Old Towne Orange. She recommended us that we should walk around. There were restaurants and antiques shops. We took her recommendation and off we went to Old Towne Orange. I am definitely going there again!
